We offer two purchase methods on some of our products, a "One-Time Purchase" and a "Subscribe & Save" option.
The first option is a "One-Time Purchase". You can choose this option if you only want to make a one-time payment and receive the product(s) once.
Subscribe & Save:
The second option is a "Subscribe & Save" offer. You can choose this option if you want us to ship the same product(s) to you every 30 days. You will also receive a recurring charge for the same amount every 30 days.
Shipping & Handling (Subscriptions):
If you sign up for our "subscribe & Save" offer, your subscription product(s) will be packaged and shipped out every 30 days. However, you will also need to factor in the time it takes for the product(s) to be delivered after it has been shipped from our warehouse. Notifications & Tracking:
After placing a subscription order, you will immediately receive a subscription activation email, along with an order confirmation email to notify you that your order has been successfully placed.
After your order has been processed and shipped out, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, which includes a tracking number that can be used to track your order on our website's Tracking Page.
We will also notify you via email about any upcoming subscription charges 3 days in advance.
Managing Recurring Subscriptions:
You can modify or cancel your recurring subscription anytime by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
